Once a deposit is confirmed on the blockchain and credited to your BitBillionaire account, the transaction is considered final. Funds are immediately allocated to our trading and mining pools to generate the returns specified in your chosen plan. Therefore, direct refunds of "active" investment capital are not permitted until the end of the investment term.
While we do not offer "refunds" in the traditional retail sense, users have the absolute right to withdraw their earned profits and their initial principal according to the terms of their specific investment plan:
If you have made an error in the amount sent or have sent an unsupported cryptocurrency, please contact our support team immediately. While blockchain transactions are irreversible, we will do our best to assist in recovery if the funds reached our infrastructure, though we cannot guarantee a successful recovery.
If a user wishes to close their account, they must withdraw all available "Available Balance" funds first. Any funds currently locked in an "Active Deposit" must complete their cycle before they can be withdrawn and the account finalized.
BitBillionaire reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold refunds/withdrawals if fraudulent activity, multiple account abuse (referral fraud), or money laundering is suspected. In such cases, a full investigation will be conducted.
