Spam is defined as any unsolicited email, social media message, or forum post used to promote BitBillionaire referral links or services without the recipient's prior consent.

1. Prohibited Activities

Project participants and affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

  • Sending mass emails to recipients who have not "opted-in" to receive communications.
  • Posting referral links in public forums, Telegram groups, or Discord servers where self-promotion is forbidden.
  • Using automated "bot" software to post comments or send private messages across social media platforms.
  • Falsifying header information or masking the origin of any communication related to BitBillionaire.

2. Affiliate Conduct

We encourage our partners to grow their networks through ethical marketing. Acceptable methods include personal blogs, social media profiles with engaged followers, and word-of-mouth. Any affiliate found using "spammy" tactics to attract referrals will have their account reviewed and potentially terminated.

3. Automated Communication

BitBillionaire only sends automated emails for account-related activities (e.g., registration confirmation, deposit receipts, withdrawal alerts). We do not sell or rent our user database to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Reporting Abuse

If you have received unsolicited communication from someone claiming to represent BitBillionaire or promoting a BitBillionaire referral link, please report it to us immediately. Include the full headers of the message so we can identify the offending account.

5. Consequences of Policy Violation

Any user found to be in violation of this Anti-Spam Policy faces immediate action, which may include:

  • Permanent suspension of the BitBillionaire account.
  • Forfeiture of all referral commissions and account balances.
  • Reporting the offender to relevant Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and blacklisting authorities.
